Nike+ Training Club This app is something really special. Nike rounded up some of the best trainers, athletes and fitness enthusiasts from all corners of the globe to bring an offering that is entirely versatile. When you get into the app it immediately asks you to choose your goal, and fortunately for you there are four main one’s to choose from. You can either get lean, get toned, get strong or just get focused. Once you’ve made that first step you can then decide what area of your body you want to zoom in on and with which trainer. You will never get bored with this app, because you can choose a different exercise every day of the week for months on end.

Couch to 5k/ C25k Have you always pictured yourself running a full marathon, and then snapped back to reality after convincing yourself that it’s absolutely impossible? Well Couch to 5k is an app designed to change that. The mistake that most people make when they start running as a form of exercise, is push themselves too hard on their very first run. Despite being free, the app also allows you to shop for some of the apparel that they have on offer.

Yonder This app is for the lover of the outdoors. The creators of Yonder describe it as being a community for adventure seekers and adrenalin junkies. From mountain biking, kayaking, rock climbing and more they have something for everyone. All you have to do is enter your location or the destination that you want to go to, and it’ll provide a list of activities that you can take part in complete with reviews from other enthusiasts.
