1. The name of the Radio Competition is "Winning at Life with 1Life” (“the Radio Competition").
   
   
2.  The promoter of the Radio Competition is 1Life ("the Promoter") in collaboration with the below radio stations (“Participating Radio Stations”):
   
   2.1. Thetha FM
   
   
3. The Radio Competition will run from Monday, 25 March 2024 to Friday, 29 March 2024 (both days included) ("the Radio Competition Period").
   
   
4. To stand a chance to win a prize live on air, members of the public must do the following:
   
   4.1. Participants will enter the Winning at Life with 1Life by dialing *134*7717# 
   
   4.2. Participants who have entered the competition will also have an option to opt in for an obligation-free 1Life Funeral Cover quote.
   
   4.3The radio station chooses a participant and calls them on-air
   
   4.4. The winner needs to pick one of the 5 boxes labelled [1] [L] [I] [F] [E] to WIN
   
   4.5. Each box contains a different cash prize (starting from R1 000, one of these 5 boxes has a Grand Prize of R4 000 cash prize. If winner has opted in for an obligation-free Funeral cover quote from 1Life they get a BONUS cash prize of R1 000).
   
   4.6. The winner then wins what’s behind their chosen box
   
   4.7. If no one picks the R4 000 box on Monday-Wednesday then 1Life insurance will double the Grand Prize to R8 000 on Thursday and Friday (should no one pick this box on Thursday)
   
   4.8. THEN (BONUS) each winner will have a chance to win a Bonus cash prize of R1 000 if they have received an obligation-free 1Life Funeral Cover quote   
   
   4.9 1Life Marketing team will take a half day to vet and confirm opt-in winners before prize payout
   
   
5. The Promoter reserves its right to exclude a participant from this Radio Competition or to withhold payment of a prize to a winner should the Promoter become aware that a participant is: 
   
   5.1. a director, member, business partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Telesure Investment Holdings PTY(LTD)  group of companies, its affiliates/divisions/subsidiaries or any other person who supplies goods or services in connection with the Radio Competition including the Participating Radio Stations.
   
   5.2. a spouse, life partner, parent, child or sibling, immediate family member, business partner or associate of the persons specified in clause 5.1 above.
   
   
6. Prizes in the Radio Competition are not transferable.
   
   
7. The Promoter does not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage and will also not be responsible or liable for any further expenses or fees required for the purpose of using, applying, participating or enjoying the prize won in this RadioCompetition. This includes data charges, phone costs, network connectivity or hardware issues experienced in contacting a Participating Radio Station.
   
   
8. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse the payment of a prize to any winner, regardless of the successful entry into the Radio Competition, who it decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the terms and conditions of the Radio Competition, or who has participated herein using suspected fraudulent means or dishonest information.
   
   
9. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the 
   Competition and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against the Promoter and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against the Promoter.
