If you want to manage your 1Life policy after hours or even over the weekend, we’ve made sure you’ve got the tools you need. You can use the policyholder portal or WhatsApp service centre to view, update and manage your policy online and at any time. And, if you’re a 1Lifestyle rewards member, you can use the app to redeem your monthly benefits.

What you can do on the online policyholder portal

The online policyholder portal gives you secure access to your policy details and lets you make updates in real time.

Here’s what you can do on the portal:

  • DebiCheck your premium
  • Download your policy schedule
  • Manage your beneficiaries
  • Personally update your banking details
  • Request a call-back to update your personal or banking details
  • Personally update personal details including your address or contact information
  • View and pay outstanding premiums and choose your preferred payment date
  • View your policy details including your sum assured, premium amount and payment history

What you can do on the WhatsApp service centre

If you prefer to manage your policy on WhatsApp, our service centre is available 24/7. You can use it to:

  • Download your policy schedule
  • Request a call-back to update your personal or banking details
  • Book an HIV test at Clicks or Dis-Chem (for life cover policies only)
  • Request a call-back from our sales team if you’d like to take out additional cover or learn more about our products

What you can do on the 1Lifestyle rewards app

If you’re a 1Lifestyle member you can use the app to:

  • Redeem your monthly benefits, including savings and discounts from fast-food, grocery, entertainment and fashion brands
  • Access your free spins in the Monthly Spin & Win competition. You could win cash prizes and vouchers
