The awards ceremony took place on the 4th of October 2023, where the organisers revealed the final industry rankings.
This year, the awards dataset comprises over 48,000 interviews across 32 industries. The unparalleled depth of this consumer research offers valuable insights into the attitudes, behaviours, and preferences of South African consumers, with the awards highlighting service heroes that excel in providing exceptional customer service and meeting evolving consumer needs.
