All 1Life named products and policies (i.e. if your product has the word ‘1Life’ in the name) are classified as Qualifying Products, with the following exceptions:
3.1.1 Group schemes;
3.1.2 VAPS products;
3.1.3 Life policies underwritten by 1Life but not branded as 1Life
3.1.4 Stop order policies
3.1.5 SASSA grant policies
3.1.6 Pre-paid funeral policies

4.1 Tiers 4 & 5 are to be excluded from the campaign as they qualify for Dec is on Us
4.2 The cash payments are to be automatically allocated to December month premium.
4.3 All payroll deductions will be excluded – GSD & CSD.

4.4 All inspire policies to be excluded from this campaign.
4.5 Staff policies will be included in the campaign.
4.6 Any payments made after the qualifying period will not be eligible.
- How to participate
5.1 You will be allocated 2 free 1Lifestyle spins in the 1Life App if you:
- Pay a cash premium on your account during the campaign period.
- Are an active 1Life Life or Funeral policy holder at the time of the draw.
- Have paid your premium via Pay@ or PayU.
5.2 Kindly take note, there is no entry fee or purchase necessary to benefit from this campaign.
5.3 The paid premium must be made against an active policy.

6.1 Will receive 2 free spins within 24 hours of receipt of a cash payment.
6.2 Will not be able to transfer spins.
6.3 Can have a maximum of 2 free spins allocated - per premium where December premium has been paid early.
6.4 Additional spins will expire on 9 January 2026.
6.5 Will have their payment allocated to a December 2025 premium. If more than 1 payment is received for a December 2025 premium, the additional payment will be allocated to the next month’s premium.

You are entitled to participate in this campaign if you:
- Are a natural person who is at least 18 years old and has a South African ID document.
- Have an active 1Life Life and/or 1Life Funeral policy.
- Have valid contact details.
- 1Life staff who have a personal policy.
b) Use of participant and winner information:
- By participating in this campaign, you agree to subscribe to and receive newsletters from the Promoters. Any marketing material sent to you will have a clear opt-out option should you wish to unsubscribe.
- Winners will allow promoters, and their associated companies to use their (i) photographs, and (ii) to be involved in any marketing of the Promoters or the campaign, and have freely elected to allow the Promoters to (a) take photographs of them, and (b) publish their names on the Promoters’ marketing platforms including websites, newsletters and social media accounts.
- Winners acknowledge that they will be given the opportunity to refuse any of the options stated in 2.2 above.
c) Unforeseen events:
- The Promoters, and their associated companies, agents and contractors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, death, personal injuries, defamation, invasion of privacy or claims based on publicity rights arising in connection with this campaign and/or campaigner offer.
- No member of the Promoter is responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond the control of the Promoters which may cause the campaign to be disrupted or corrupted.
d) Limitation of liability:
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (but not otherwise) the Promoters, their agents responsible for administering the campaign, as well as the prize sponsors assume no responsibility and are not liable for (i) the accuracy or otherwise of the prize description or illustration, (ii) the non-availability, loss, interception or interference with, late receipt or damage of or to any prize, notification or other communication, or (iii) any representation, warranty, condition or guarantee in respect of any prize.
e) General Rules:
- By participating in this campaign, you agree to all the campaign rules set out above, without exception.
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and binding and no correspondence or negotiations will be entered, with the exception of the notification of the winners through the Website notification.
- If a participant contravenes these rules, the participant may, in the Promoter’s discretion, be disqualified from the campaign.
- Income taxes relating to the prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.
- The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this campaign.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or alter any aspect of the campaign at any time at its sole discretion without liability.
- Participants in the campaign understand and agree that to offer the campaign; the Promoter must collect and use personal information about participants. This campaign is conducted under the terms of applicable privacy statements.
