Terms and conditions

1. This promotion is not open to employees, agencies, prize sponsors or contractors of all business entities within the Telesure Group or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organization or running of the competition, or their immediate family members.
2. No persons under 18 years of age may enter.
3. Only South African persons with a regular source of income in excess of R 36 000.00 annually are eligible to participate.
4. No person may participate in the promotion and receive more than one voucher, for a minimum period of 3 months.
5. Participants need to submit their details on the Facebook advert(s) promoting the R200 1Life Pulse voucher promotion. A 1Life authorised representative will contact the entrant, and complete a 1Life Pulse quotation with the participant, subject to them being eligible per qualifying criteria.
6. This promotion is only open to South African citizens.
7. Participants in the promotion may be required to provide, proof of citizenship and income. This will need to be presented, either by way of a valid South African Identity document, valid South African driver’s license, or South African passport as well as recent bank statements.
8. The promotion will run for 3 months, from 6 April to 30 June 2022, and shall be limited to 1250 x R 200 TakeALot vouchers, whichever comes first. The vouchers shall be shared within 7 working days of the participant receiving a quote for 1Life Pulse cover.
9. Participants will be required to provide an email address, in order to receive their voucher. The participant gives 1Life permission to share their details for the sole purpose of issuing their voucher.
10. The prize is not transferable, cannot be deferred or exchanged for cash and are not negotiable.
11. Participants use and accept the prize at their own risk. Any entity within the Telesure Group and the prize sponsors (and/or their respective agencies) cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, or loss of property experienced as a result of winning, accepting and/or utilising prizes won.
12. By entering the 1Life promotion, entrants agree to adhere to promotion rules and regulations, details of which entrants declare themselves conversant.
13. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
14. 1Life may disqualify a transgressor for entry into any other 1Life competitions, for a period deemed appropriate by 1Life Management.
15. 1Life reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control and shall not be liable in anyway whatsoever to entrants in such event for any cause or action whatsoever.
16. 1Life reserves the right to alter rules or prize at their own discretion. Such altered rules and prizes shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined by 1Life. No entrant shall have any recourse against 1Life as a result of the alterations of the rules or prizes.
17. 1Life will make every reasonable effort to deliver the prize described in the promotion's publicity but cannot accept responsibility if the prize differs in whole or part from that advertised. Similarly, prize values quoted may differ from the actual value of the prize.
18. 1Life shall not be held responsible for:
    
    1. Lost, late, delayed, misdirected, unintelligible or incomplete electronic mail.
    2. Telephonic, electronic, hardware or software program, network, internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties.
    3. Errors in transmission, and any condition caused by events beyond the control of 1Life which may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted.
    4. 1Life shall not be held responsible for entries not received in the event of participants not successfully completing the entering mechanism provided.
19. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to receive marketing and/or promotional material from 1Life and/or any of their associated or affiliated companies. No participant of this promotion is in any way obliged to enter into a contract of insurance with 1Life and/or a contract with any of their associated or affiliated companies.
