You can add value to your 1Life policy with our optional disablement cover. This cover provides financial compensation if you are medically unfit to work at your own or an alternative suited occupation.
There are two disablement cover options to choose from, either Occupation-based or Event-based.
For more information about the percentage payouts for disablement, click here to read our policy book.
Your disablement cover will form part of your 1Life policy. Your premium is based on your specific risk profile (each individual is different) and this has an impact on the premium you will pay.
