1. DURATION
This competition runs from 14 -23 February on LESEDI FM.
2. ENTRANT REQUIREMENTS
To qualify as an entrant into this Competition you must meet the following requirements:
2.1 be 18 (eighteen) years or older;
2.2 permanently reside in the Republic of South Africa;
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 To enter the Competition, you must do the following during the Competition Period:
3.2 SMS 1life funeral to 38596 or Go Lesedifm.co.za, enter your details on the competition page entry form.
3.3 The Radio station will select an entry and call them to participate in the competition
3.4 You may enter the Competition as many times as you would like, however, you will not be able to win a Prize more than once.
4. COMPETITIONS
4.1 Once the daily winner has been selected from the eligible entries they will be taken to air to have their bill blasted.
5. PRIZES
The prizes will be:
5.1 During the Competition Period, one person stands a chance to win a daily cash prize of at R2 000.00 – R8 000 Daily, if no one wins the R8 000 bonus prize Monday to Wednesday, then the bonus prize with double to R16 000 on Thursday and Friday. All winners who have opted in for a 1life funeral obligation free quote will receive an extra R2000 cash prize..
5.2 The (Cash Prize) is calculated from the prize pool of R50000

GENERAL
- 1LIFE, Telesure, and Lesedi FM will not be held responsible for SMS charges, data charges or phone costs incurred while participating in this competition
- The producers decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
- The prize is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for any other item.
- 1Life, Telesure, and Lesedi FM will not be held liable for entries not received for any reason whatsoever and will not be responsible for network connectivity or hardware issues experienced while participating.
- If a participant chosen does not comply with any of the competition instructions, terms and conditions, their entry will be disqualified, and a new participant will be chosen by the radio station for an opportunity to win.
- In the event that a winner cannot be successfully contacted, is ineligible to accept the prize, or contravenes the terms and conditions of this competition or of Lesedi, Telesure, and Lesedi FM, the prize will be forfeited.
- A representative of Lesedi FM will contact the daily winner to confirm their banking details for EFT of the amount won.
- 1Life , Telesure, and Lesedi FM reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- Employees of 1Life, Telesure, and Lesedi FM, and their immediate family and friends, are not permitted to enter the competition.
- Participants are not required to purchase or enter into a policy with 1Life to enter the competition.
- By entering this competition, a participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- We are not responsible if your entry is not successfully submitted or a Prize winner does not successfully receive or take up a Prize for any reason, including a technological failure.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage which you or any third party may suffer as a result of you participating in the Competition or accepting a Prize.
- If required by the Minister for Trade and Industry, the National Consumer Commission or for any other reason, we can end the Competition immediately with or without notice to you. If this happens, you waive (give up) any rights which you may have against us and you will have no claim against us.
- Nothing in these Terms prevents you from approaching the National Consumer Commission or any other relevant authority to obtain relief.
